All fabrics entering our facility are subjected to quality control from the batching stage. The raw fabric is evaluated and the work starts with the prediction of whether the desired width, weight and quality will match the target values.
Afterwards, necessary controls such as color, image, surface, width, weight, shrinkage, rotation, fastness are made and finishing processes are carried out.
When the preparation of the fabric is finished, the tests, fastnesses and measurements made in our Quality Control Laboratory are evaluated and compared with the desired quality standards and after approval, they are reported and made ready for shipment by winding in the final control machines.
